Workflow

1. Inquiry Form Submission

  • Action: Client fills out the inquiry form on the website.
  • Outcome: Based on their selection, they are categorized into one of two Circles:
    • Circle: Lead/Prospect | $250K or Less
    • Circle: Lead/Prospect | $400K+

2. Initial Differentiation

  • For $250K or Less Prospects:
    • Do not receive access to a phone call.
    • Circle: Remain in Lead/Prospect | $250K or Less until moving to the next step.
  • For $400K+ Prospects:
    • Receive access to a phone call for further discussion.
    • Circle: Remain in Lead/Prospect | $400K+ until the call is complete, then move to the next step.

3. Next Steps

  • Action: Both prospect types move forward to the client portal.
  • Circle: Onboarding | Welcome.

4. Onboarding Steps

  1. Onboarding | Welcome:

    • Welcome message is sent, and portal access is granted.
    • Circle: Onboarding | Welcome.
  2. Onboarding | Questionnaire:

    • Client completes and submits the questionnaire.
    • Circle: Onboarding | Questionnaire.
  3. Onboarding | Questionnaire Review:

    • Team reviews the submitted questionnaire.
    • Circle: Onboarding | Questionnaire Review.
  4. Onboarding | Stage 1:

    • Initial tasks to prepare for feasibility review are completed.
    • Circle: Onboarding | Stage 1.
  5. Onboarding | Feasibility:

    • Feasibility assessment is conducted.
    • Circle: Onboarding | Feasibility.
  6. Onboarding | Stage 2:

    • Advanced onboarding steps are completed.
    • Circle: Onboarding | Stage 2.

5. Final Stage: Active Client

  • Action: Once onboarding is complete and invoices are settled:
    • Circle: Active Client.
